Change to Drop D in Seconds!

The EVH D-Tuna is an ingenious device that enables players to drop the E to D and back, in an instant. No more having to stop the flow of your set to change tunings or to grab another guitar, just hit the D-Tuna and instantly be in Drop D tuning. As easy as flicking your finger.

D-Tuna has been standard equipment on Eddie Van Halen's personal guitars as well as signature series locking tremolo-equipped guitars since the early '90s.

D-Tuna is proud to be endorsed by many professional players such as Warren DeMartini (Ratt), Michael Wilton (Queensryche) and Dave "The Snake" Sabo (Skid Row) just to name a few. Bottom line...It's simple to use and it works.

It comes complete with installation hardware and easy-to-follow instructions. Once in place and set, all you do is slide the mechanism in for E, out for D.

Made to retrofit most Floyd Rose style tremolos in minutes.

Features:
  • Effortlessly retune your guitar to Drop D in seconds
  • Easy to install on Floyd Rose style tremolos
  • Made from high quality hardened steel
  • Designed and used by EVH
Each D-Tuna kit contains:
  • 1 EVH D-Tuna Unit
  • 2 String lock screws
  • 1 Spring
  • 1 Fine tuning Allen wrench

Available in 6 finishes: chrome, gold, black, red, blue & purple!

would really love to see 1 or ever 2 colors in left handed for the fin tuner or have the hole on both sides so so you can put the file tune screw on the other side for a lefty

Trying to adjust the set screw on a lefty tremolo is pointless.
Drop D is THE metal cheat code.

If you have a Floyd, then you are cheating yourself not having one of these installed. Install is easy - there are some excellent videos on YouTube which walk you through it step by step.
