How we measured:
With the jacket laid flat, we measured from armpit to armpit (across). For "down back" we started at the very top of the neck (in the center), straight down to the bottom edge of the jacket. For the sleeve, we measured from the top center of the back of the neck, to the very end of the sleeve.
