Who runs VanHalenStore.com?
This website is owned and operated by the publisher of the popular Van Halen News Desk website, and the publisher of The Inside, an all-Van Halen magazine published from 1995 to 2000. We started selling official Van Halen merchandise in the summer of 1994, and we were one of the very first companies to have an online store, way back in 1995!

We have been working with Van Halen’s management and merchandise companies for more than three decades. Their management has incorporated some of our ideas into their merch, and they have also printed our website address in the liner notes of two of their albums. We've been interviewed for the documentary, The Van Halen Story: The Early Years. We've interviewed Eddie and Alex Van Halen, David Lee Roth, Michael Anthony, and Sammy Hagar, and visited the 5150 recording studio multiple times.

Naturally, we are huge VH fans! And no one on earth knows more about Van Halen's official merchandise than we do. We give the most accurate descriptions and sizing information for everything we offer (but if you have a question or some key input, reach out!). I see that you are in Phoenix. Do you have a retail store that I can visit?
No, we are online only, and not open to the public. We operate out of a warehouse, so all orders must ship out.

How do I navigate your store or make a purchase?

Is it safe to order by credit card?
This is a SECURE site and your information is protected. Credit card numbers are encrypted and all data is stored in a secure database protected by a firewall. The transmission of this data is also secure. In our entire 30+ year history, we have never had a case where a customer's credit card information or any other personal information has become compromised.

Do you share my information with anyone?
None of your information will ever be shared with another company.
