We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx (ground and expedited services). Shipping is calculated in real time and is based on the weight and dimensions of the entire order and the number of packages in which the order must ship. Unlike other stores, we don't over-inflate shipping costs - they are calculated directly by the carrier gateways. 

We ship directly to many countries via USPS. If you do not see yours listed at checkout, please feel free to contact us so we can determine if there are any issues preventing us from doing so.

For information on customs and duties to locations outside the United States, please refer to your country's or region's postal information site. The recipient of any order is responsible for any customs and duties.

We typically ship using the following methods, which are selectable during checkout. Please note that not all options are always available. The availability of methods is dependent upon the delivery address and the contents of the order.

• USPS Ground Advantage - 3-8 business days, with Delivery Confirmation.
• USPS Media Mail - part of our Economy Shipping program, please see details below.
• USPS Priority Mail - (US only) 2-4 business days, with Delivery Confirmation.
• UPS Ground - (US only) 3-6 business days, with full Tracking.
• FedEx Ground - (US only) up to 5 business days, with full Tracking.
• FedEx Two-Day* - (US only) 2 business days*, with full Tracking.
• FedEx Standard Overnight* - (US only) 1 business day*, with full Tracking.
  
  
• USPS First Class Mail International** - 8-24 days*, with Delivery Confirmation. (This option is available only for orders weighing less than 4 pounds)
• USPS Priority Mail International** - 5-10 days*, with Delivery Confirmation.
  
  
• Economy Shipping: This method is available to select orders shipping to a US destination within certain weight ranges. When you select Economy Shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Media Mail, or FedEx Home/Ground (our choice), or another method proven to reach your destination. Economy Shipping orders should arrive within 9 days. This method is capped at $9.95.

While orders are typically processed within a day, PLEASE ALLOW a 1-2 business day lead time on US shipments and a 1-3 business day lead time on international orders.

* For FedEx Two-Day and Overnight orders placed after 10am PST will be shipped the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

** Shipping time assumes there will be no delay in Customs. Delays in Customs are becoming more common lately, and it's something we have no control over. If your package is held in Customs, it could be delayed anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks.

Customs Taxes, Duties, and Fees for non-US Customers:
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees, which are levied when the shipment reaches your country or locale. Van Halen Store has no control over these additional charges, and we currently have no way to pre-calculate what those charges may be. Since customs policies vary, we encourage you to contact your local customs office for information.

While we make great efforts to ensure products listed as available are in stock, from time to time, order overlapping or quality control standards can result in an item ordered being on backorder. In the case of a backorder, we will notify you via email of the expected ship date. If the backordered items will be in stock within one week, we will hold the entire order. Otherwise, we will ship all in-stock item(s) immediately and ship backordered item(s) as soon as they are in stock. Credit cards are charged as items ship.
